Bij Moerman & de Jong zijn we zeer prettig en deskundig geholpen. Vragen werden snel en prettig beantwoord en er werd goed meegedacht. Fijne samenwerking!

Soms moet je met iemand een klik hebben. Dat had ik vanaf de 1e kennismaking. Het hele team is goed op elkaar ingespeeld. Alle informatie wordt snel en duidelijk gecommuniceerd . En er wordt ook echt geluisterd. Zo hebben we samen een goeie en snelle verkoop kunnen realiseren! Dank hiervoor en het is dus zeker een aanrader.

Bij de eerste kennismaking met Manfred een hele fijne prettige indruk met een beetje humor en voelde al direct als vertrouwd. Je wordt altijd geadviseerd om diverse makelaars te benaderen ter overweging, maar daar hebben we niet eens meer over nagedacht. Het gevoel was direct op de juiste plek en daar zijn we gewoon vanuit gegaan. Het contact en goede bereikbaarheid met Leonieke en Eveline verliep ook zo makkelijk, soepel en vlot en met name ook weer heel vertrouwd, dat maakte het totaal plaatje voor ons compleet. Je voelde bij het meedenken, ondersteuning, begeleiding en communicatie, als zowel het op de hoogte houden van informatie de jarenlange ervaring en professionaliteit, waardoor we niet anders konden denken, dan dat we de juiste keuze hebben gemaakt. Kortom : Over de vakkundigheid en persoonlijke service mag duidelijk gezegd worden, dat zij een absolute aanrader zijn. Met een korte review doen we hun hiermee ook geen recht aan. Oprecht bedankt hiervoor, een volwaardig 5 sterren !

Deze makelaar is zeer ongemotiveerd bij het verkopen van een huis. Weinig details en informatie over het huis. Meerdere huizen bezichtigd met deze makelaar maar bij elke bezichtiging werd ik door deze makelaar minder enthousiast. Daarom heb ik bij nieuwe bezichtigingen deze makelaar vermeden. Erg zonde, maar ik zou dit dus niet adviseren voor mensen die graag hun huis willen verkopen.

Vanaf het eerste contact een positief gevoel. Tevens onmiddellijk advies gekregen over de specifieke omstandigheden, omdat het onroerend goed van onze moeder was. Het proces was op voorhand duidelijk en ook het komen tot een ocereenkomst met de koper ging zeer snel en in overleg. De communicatie met het kantoor verliep altijd soepel en snel. Kortom een heel prettig kantoor, die ons zeer goed bijgestaan hebben bij de verkoop!

Heel fijn en deskundig geholpen. Mails en telefoontjes werden snel beantwoord. De verkoop van ons huis ging soepel en er werd goed met ons meegedacht. Ook de aankoop hebben wij laten uitvoeren door Moerman & de Jong, omdat dit vertrouwd voelde. Ik zou dit makelaarskantoor zeker aanraden.

We made an appointment on Wednesday to view a house on Monday morning. Then, on Monday morning (having taken time off work), no one shows up.
