Terrible work method of employee Ilja who came across as very pushy and aggressive. This while we had taken her in as a real estate agent. With our complaints nothing was done at Belvedere Makelaars. By chance we spoke to acquaintances who had the same experience with this employee. Meanwhile, we have bought a nice house in The Hague, without a real estate agent. Finally, I would not recommend this party.

I engaged Belvedere Makelaars to sell my house and they were fantastic! Especially Paul, who made the whole process incredibly easy. Paul responded very quickly (even outside office hours and on weekends), guided me through the entire process, answered all my questions and gave me all the information about the sale and the property. The photographer they worked with was also great and when I saw the listing, I was overwhelmed. The viewings were also very well organized and the tips the real estate agency gave me were very helpful. The house sold a few days after it was put on the market and I can’t thank Paul and the team enough for all their help in filling out the paperwork and preparing the transfer. Recently attended a viewing which turned out to be an open house. In these times, this should be communicated honestly, as we would not have come otherwise. Nothing was said when making the 'appointment' about the 10 other people who would also be coming and going at that moment. The real estate agent also knew little about the house. What was most surprising was the waste in the toilet, which had not been cleaned up. Something the real estate agent would have known if they had simply walked through the house themselves. Not a good calling card for a property for sale.

Er was hier een groot aantal bezichtigingen en er is kennelijk te krap per bezichtiging gepland, of er waren mensen te laat, dan wel te vroeg. In ieder geval kan het natuurlijk niet dat u op afspraak komt en toch meerdere andere bezoekers treft.
