Eerlijk gezegd zijn ze niet erg actief. Ik moet ze bellen en e-mailen om ze op de hoogte te houden. Ze werken erg traag en hebben een slechte werkstijl.
Short lines, thinking along and solution-oriented work. Fine contact with involved employees. There is room for improvement in working with the housing platform Move, including the platform itself.
Very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. Knows the neighborhood and properties well. Pleasant communication and gives useful advice. Takes care of the details.
Peter van Duijne of the Makelaars Associatie always gives an honest and expert advice. He gave good advice 20 years ago when buying the house. Now with the rental of it. He knows the house, he thinks well with you, gives tips and is always reachable. For years a nice and trustworthy partner!

I have repeatedly had negative experiences with Makas, which required me to engage external assistance. Every time I engaged external assistance, I won. For example, case number zkn-2016-006786 from the Rental Committee.

Renting out moldy homes! Have known for years that the homes are moldy but have done nothing about it until now!
What a worthless company this is. I rented a house in Rotterdam for two years with two friends. During these two years, we had endless complaints about leaks that were finally addressed after two years. Upon termination of the rental agreement, they are still trying to withhold the deposit in various ways through ridiculously high cleaning costs. After finally arranging the cleaning, you still don't get your deposit back due to creases in curtains… Honestly, the most terrible landlord ever. In the current market, you simply don’t really have the luxury of choosing your landlord, but if you have another option, I would advise you not to enter into a rental agreement with this company at all; you will be ripped off on all sides.
Very bad realtor who rents out moldy, leaky hovels for top dollar. Many leaks. Cracks in windows. Poorly insulated. Communication is barely possible. They don't respond to emails. Very rude people. (some)

I am not aware of how the entire sales process could be improved. Rob van der Horst, Wassenaar. The data below is incorrect. De Valkenboslaan 61 and 63 have been rented out for longer than 30 years, at very low rents, number 63 still being so. I myself have never lived there.
Very pleasant personal contact. Had contact with them a few years ago when selling a property, and the guidance was excellent then too. That's why we ended up with this real estate agent again.

Friendly and professional real estate office. I had a very good experience with Karen and Jeroen in finding a house.
Unbelievably mediocre organization. The communication is downright bad, despite various attempts to explain the situation, they prove to be unreliable and unpredictable time after time. An answer or explanation is always conveniently avoided or simply not given. As long as money is earned; fair or unfair is subordinate for this organization. Nepotism is not shunned. Fortunately, I lived in my little house with much pleasure for years, despite the annual errors in invoices and settlements. But if you don't have to do business with this organization, I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
Experience as a buyer: Dishonest person. Delays claims. They think only of their customers (buyers) and do not follow up on their work.
Unpleasant people.
If you want to rent here, DO NOT! I really regret renting through MAKAS because it has been a disaster from the start. The window frames have not been adequately maintained for the past 40 years, causing the property to have a moisture and mold problem. The windows are bulging due to pressure and several windows have cracks. Despite multiple reports, MAKAS refuses to resolve this. Last year we had a leak; it took 4 months and an official complaint to NVM before it was finally resolved. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, which also causes mold, and I once fainted after showering and suffered a concussion. This realtor doesn't care at all. In short, don't do this to yourself and DO NOT rent through this realtor.

A year ago, this real estate agent showed us a house in Scheveningen. I just drove past it again and was reminded of the particularly unpleasant experience. It was almost as if he didn't want to sell the house. The somewhat older gentleman was sullen, distant, and unfriendly. From a professional point of view as well, in my opinion you must be at least nice and polite.
