Een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met dit makelaarskantoor. Even ter context: Het makelaarskantoor regelde een bezichtiging voor een appartement en liet me meerdere appartementen in hetzelfde gebouw zien. Aanvankelijk verliep alles soepel. Ik besprak de prijs met een van hun makelaars, Ronald, en we kwamen mondeling overeen over de voorwaarden van de aankoop. Volgens Ronalds instructies diende ik via mijn Move.nl-account een officieel bod in voor de afgesproken prijs. Na een paar dagen zonder reactie nam ik contact met hem op. Hij verzekerde me dat ik me geen zorgen hoefde te maken en dat het makelaarskantoor de verkoper aanraadde mijn bod te accepteren. Na dit gesprek reageerde Ronald echter twee weken lang helemaal niet meer – hij negeerde telefoontjes en berichten. Gedurende deze tijd heb ik herhaaldelijk contact opgenomen met het makelaarskantoor voor updates, maar de communicatie was steevast onbehulpzaam en soms zelfs ronduit onbeleefd. Ik kreeg steeds te horen dat Ronald me zou terugbellen, wat nooit gebeurde. Na meer dan twee weken genegeerd te zijn – en pas na meerdere pogingen om de zaak te escaleren – stuurde de makelaar uiteindelijk een korte e-mail waarin stond dat de woning toch niet verkocht zou worden. In totaal heb ik ruim drie weken verspild door een compleet gebrek aan communicatie en professionaliteit. Deze ervaring was buitengewoon frustrerend en teleurstellend. Ik zou dit bureau aan niemand aanbevelen.

We zijn echt supertevreden over Residence Makelaars en vooral over Dimitri. Binnen èèn maand heeft hij ons geholpen bij het kopen van ons huis, iets waarvan we vooraf echt dachten dat het niet zo snel zou lukken. Vanaf het eerste moment was Dimitri superproactief.
