Specifically Jo Paul from real estate agency Dekker is a contentious, reliable, expert and very friendly realtor. I have already done business with him several times and was always very satisfied.

Putting words into action, there were serious viewings within a short time, followed by appropriate bids on our beautiful apartment with sea views, and soon a deal was closed with one of the bidders. We benaderden de bank voor hypotheekadvies. We spraken met Rick van het kantoor, die ons enorm hielp met het begrijpen van de technische terminologie en het verkrijgen van de hypotheek. We hadden wat weinig tijd, maar het kantoor heeft het proces doorgezet en alles goed geregeld met de bank. Het kantoorpersoneel was gastvrij en behulpzaam.

I sold my property through Dekker Makelaars and am dissatisfied with the way things were handled. - The communication leaves much to be desired. - The estimated asking price was far too high. - An incorrect invoice is sent afterwards. When I report this, they do everything they can to still trip me up instead of offering an apology.

Dishonest, unreliable and not acting with integrity. Had dealings with this office twice, the first time they were given the benefit of the doubt. The second time, after our (highest) bid was accepted, the other bidders were informed to drive up the price. This ultimately succeeded, meaning the sale did not go through for us. Totally lacking in integrity therefore. (despite nice NVM logos on the website) Note that this was a counter-offer, after we had already placed the highest bid, it wasn't enough for Alice yet. We accommodated them again by increasing our bid and then the next trick came out of the hat. They play buyers against each other. See attachments how the game is played.

The first impression was great. It seemed there was an appointment for a viewing and this was physically recorded with the real estate agency. However, no confirmation was received by email, only to find out in front of the house that it had already been rented. After several hours, a phone call was received stating that the rental would not proceed and that the property is actually only available for expats. It's very unfortunate that this information wasn't shared earlier. Otherwise, an appointment for a viewing wouldn't have been made in the first place. Pure waste of time. A pity!

Last year I looked for an apartment and found it with Dekkers Makelaars. I myself thought about purchasing an apartment, but this turned out to be somewhat more complicated than expected. Although Dekkers Makelaars represented the selling party, Cor Groen gave me thorough and adequate advice (free of charge!) on how to proceed. All in all, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. For a future sale or purchase, I will definitely turn to Dekkers Makelaars and will advise everyone to do so when buying or selling.
