Devilee NVM Makelaars

Dit is zonder twijfel de slechtste makelaar waar wij ooit mee te maken hebben gehad. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, communicatie is slecht en er wordt totaal geen rekening gehouden met huurders. We werden vrij regelmatig gebeld dat er iemand langs zou komen voor een inspectie of om iets op te meten. Hierdoor moesten wij vaak vroeg de deur openen, soms alleen zodat iemand even snel een deur kon opmeten. Onze eindinspectie werd bovendien twee keer last minute verplaatst, waardoor wij onnodig vrije dagen hadden opgenomen. Toen de inspectie eindelijk plaatsvond, was mijn vriend speciaal tussen werk door gekomen om erbij te zijn. Vijf minuten na het begin van onze afspraak stonden er echter al nieuwe bezichtigers voor het appartement. We kregen nog wat taken die voltooid moesten worden en wat mijn vriend en ik eigenlijk op het moment meteen wilde uitvoeren om het af te kunnen ronden, maar we werden eigenlijk vriendelijk verzocht om weg te gaan zodat de bezichtiging plaats kon vinden. Daardoor werd onze afspraak eigenlijk gewoon afgekapt en moesten we vertrekken vanwege de bezichtigers. Hierdoor moesten we nogmaals een nieuwe afspraak maken. Het appartement hadden wij bovendien al in slechte staat ontvangen, met onder andere schimmel op de muren en in de badkamer. Daarnaast hadden we ook last van muizen, wat we meerdere keren hebben gemeld, maar hier werd niets aan gedaan. Door alle problemen en het gebrek aan professionaliteit waren wij er uiteindelijk zo klaar mee dat we zelfs vijf maanden eerder zijn vertrokken. We zijn vooral opgelucht dat we niet langer met deze makelaar te maken hebben.

Zeer tevreden over de werkzaamheden van Stephan! Duidelijk een makelaar met ervaring. Kan goed inschatten of een kandidaat-koper reëel is en gaat door met zijn (verkoop)activiteiten tot de daadwerkelijke koop gesloten is. Ik beveel Stephan zeker aan!

Verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Ik ben bijna drie maanden geleden uit het appartement vertrokken en ik heb nog steeds geen contract kunnen tekenen waarin staat dat ik ben vertrokken, omdat DEVILEE er een eeuwigheid over doet om de volgende huurder te screenen. Very poor handling. I have been waiting for my deposit for 2 months already. I have called several times and each time I am told that it will be taken care of, but nothing happens at all. The maintenance of my rented room was also very bad. The bathroom had no ventilation and was therefore covered in mold. The kitchen maintenance is also dramatic due to the holes in the wall, allowing mice to enter. In addition, the rooms are very noisy due to poor insulation. My experience with devilee real estate agents is unfortunately very disappointing. Mr. Velema and other employees of this office behave very unprofessionally. The real estate agent is located in a beautiful building and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Where it truly falls short is taking responsibility and having customer-focused daily management personnel. The daily management of rental properties is an ungrateful function, let me state that upfront. On the one hand, costs must be reduced and contractors/handymen/plumbers must be engaged and managed who have full schedules. On the other hand, customers must be addressed and that will largely involve matters that need to be resolved as soon as possible. That being said, it is shocking to see how ambiguous and lethargic the daily management staff reacts to requests from Devilee clients. Empathy, thinking along and customer friendliness have been exchanged for rejecting and confrontational behavior which is appalling in all cases. Although the property was a perfectly fine place to live as a starter home, the handling of maintenance after leaks and the repairing of a water heater has been of such an unsatisfactory nature that I would not recommend going into business with this office.
