My wife and I have been looking for a nice house in Wassenaar for quite some time now. And we check Funda every day. A nice house came up for sale in Wassenaar and my wife called immediately. The viewing date was booked. Despite her being one of the first callers, her appointment was only scheduled a week later. A day before the viewing she was then called that it was too full and her appointment had to be scheduled a week later. Two days before that appointment she was called that she no longer needed to come because there were already several offers in the meantime. We are very disappointed with this way of doing things.

I am extremely disappointed with the service of this real estate agent. I had scheduled an appointment for a viewing and specifically cleared my schedule for it. However, the real estate agent didn't show up and left me out in the cold. I have tried to contact them several times but received no response whatsoever. I too unfortunately stood before a closed door with my family. Disappointed as can be. The realtor doesn't pick up when you call and doesn't respond on WhatsApp either. No more business with this company for me. Response to the message below from I4 Housing: 'This does not align with the service we offer as a real estate agency and what we stand for.' Why aren't calls picked up or returned? My family and I stood in front of the house for over 30 minutes without any contact. Then it is said that a call was made, and another says an email was sent. Very strange when people don’t know what each other are doing. No emails were overlooked, I checked it about 30 times. It's very unfortunate that things had to go this way. I would not think this is a pleasant experience for prospective buyers either.
