Wat een teleurstelling als je via Rick.DeLange een bezichtigingsafspraak wil maken. Telefonisch is sowieso al moeilijk maar als je uiteindelijk een afspraak hebt gemaakt en op de lokatie bent dan gaat het mis. Lang in de regen gewacht maar je dan komt echt van kauwe kermis thuis als je wordt afgepoeierd met de mededeling dat de afspraak nooit is bevestigd. Een afspraak per telefoon geldt niet bij Rick. Gelukkig zijn er heel veel goeie makelaars, maar Rick moet nog veel leren.
