Hele goede begeleiding bij de verkoop van ons huis. Het hele team is deskundig, veel goede adviezen gekregen, superfijne begeleiding tijdens de onderhandelingen, ruimte voor goed overleg, respectvol en allemaal ontzettend aardig! Geen 9-5 mentaliteit, Frans jr verkocht ons huis op kerstavond tussen de kerstdiner voorbereidingen door. Het is dat je niet zo vaak wil verhuizen, maar met dit kantoor doe je echt graag zaken!

Frans heeft vanaf dag een een goede indruk achtergelaten. Duidelijke communicatie, omdenken in de verkoopstrategie door vele bezichtiging verzoeken en hele mooie foto's (gemaakt door een professionele fotograaf). Ook tijdens de biedingen heeft hij een stapje extra voor ons gezet, zodat wij met het beste bod akkoord konden gaan.

Fijne en goede intake; afbakenen zoekopdracht hielp om overzicht te houden. Relatief snel (binnen twee maanden zoeken) huis gevonden. Afhandeling en biedingproces verliep goed en gedegen. Door omstandigheden soms minder snel antwoord/bereikbaar (ook vanwege feestdagen).

Fijn contact met een makelaar die meedacht en zelf met initiatieven en suggesties kwam. Dit kantoor kent de markt, weet waar ze over praten en nemen zo echt werk uit handen.
