The contact went poorly, I had to ask myself what the status was. I missed the involvement of the real estate agent. I didn't feel that he was there for me as a buyer, but he advocated more for the seller. Afterwards it turned out that he also managed to sell the seller's house for a good price (conflicting interests) and with me there was no negotiation possible, but my house went away for well below the asking price!!!

De eerste indruk van Hypodomus was redelijk. Ze verkochten ons appartement snel en voor de prijs die we hadden gevraagd. Over het algemeen deden ze hun werk, maar ze gingen nergens verder dan verwacht. We waren niet echt onder de indruk van hun service. Echter, na de verkoop van ons appartement bleven ze ons maandenlang (meer dan een half jaar) benaderen met het verzoek om de opstartkosten te betalen, terwijl we die al aan het begin van de samenwerking hadden voldaan. Ondanks dat we hen meerdere e-mails met de transactiegegevens hadden gestuurd, bleven ze ons benaderen om ons opnieuw te laten betalen voor kosten die we al hadden betaald en waarvan we het bewijs hadden geleverd. Dit is niet alleen irritant, maar ook slechte klantenservice. Uiteindelijk zouden we hun diensten niet meer gebruiken en zouden we ze ook niet aan anderen aanbevelen.

A completely positive experience with Hypodomus. After having a viewing ourselves at a house that was being sold by hypodomus, we were already enthusiastic. Nevertheless, we invited several real estate agents for a meeting when we started selling our own house. Our choice was based on our viewing, the conversation with Robert and the professional listings on Funda. Later we knew for sure that our choice was correct. From the moment the photos were taken, to the many contacts with the ladies and gentlemen at the office. The entire team is incredibly customer-focused. Where we ultimately received almost 80 interested parties, hypodomus did everything possible to allow as many people as possible to take a look. That is admirable.
