We zijn ontzettend blij dat we ervoor hebben gekozen om met Koen samen te werken bij het vinden van ons droomhuis! Als expats kenden we de Nederlandse huizenmarkt niet goed, maar Koen was ongelooflijk deskundig en wees ons tijdens de bezichtigingen op zoveel belangrijke zaken, waarbij hij details uitlegde die heel specifiek zijn voor Nederlandse huizen. Hij reageerde altijd snel, was goed bereikbaar en flexibel met zijn planning bij het inplannen van bezichtigingen. Dankzij hem hebben we een fantastisch verhaal: we hebben een huis bezichtigd, een bod uitgebracht en dat bod werd diezelfde dag nog geaccepteerd! Gezien alle bizarre verhalen die je hoort over de Nederlandse huizenmarkt, was dit echt ongelooflijk en alleen mogelijk dankzij zijn deskundige begeleiding. Als je op zoek bent naar een fantastische makelaar in Leiden, raden we Koen 100% aan. Nogmaals bedankt!

Had dealings with real estate agent Koen as the selling party when purchasing our first home. Here, misuse was made of our ignorance as first-time buyers. The salesperson has acted unfairly in several respects, and her real estate agent, Koen, washes his hands of it entirely and acts as if he carries no responsibility. No nice communication and leaves a bad feeling about our purchase. If you have dealings with this party when purchasing, I would be extra cautious.

I received advice via Buroseb in Leiden from this Real Estate Agency (Ivo van der Leek) for an appraisal of my apartment on short notice. An appointment could be made with them that was realized within a few days. The realtor was well on time for our appointment and very knowledgeable! Asked important questions related to a very good appraisal. It was also important to provide a recent maintenance and financial year-end report from the VVE (Homeowners Association). This complete appraisal report was sent to the NWWI and approved without issues. All in all, an excellent experience with Ivo van der Leek Real Estate Agency and I would definitely recommend them.
