The team of Oudshoorn Makelaardij is exceptionally knowledgeable. Sanne, Bianca, Saskia and Francisca have guided my partner and me incredibly well during the search and purchase of our home. The communication was always quick and pleasant, we were helped from A to Z.

Once had a mortgage with them. There is a problem with this mortgage. Went to their office. Hard reaction that I have a problem and I must pay for help.

Contact was good in itself. All viewings were crammed into one day with collective viewing. Many enthusiastic viewers but only 1 bid the next day. It wasn't a bad offer so we had to accept it. No more bids after that. We do have our doubts about that. Also, nothing more heard from any potentially interested parties after the viewing day.

Personally no good experience with this real estate agent. The house for which I had made an offer was outbid during the drafting of the purchase agreement, which unfortunately can happen. However, I experienced the manner of communication including accusations as very unprofessional.

Nevertheless, we still had to pay the full amount, even after filing a complaint. The purchase contract was still full of errors, including our personal details. This was very unprofessional. After complaining again about the costs and service, we never heard back. Unfortunately, not recommended for buying a property.
