Hij was bij de laatste afspraak later dan gepland en zijn administratie voelde soms aan als een puzzel met een paar ontbrekende stukjes. Bij het tekenen van de overeenkomst verliep het gesprek wat minder vriendelijk dan gehoopt.. Positief was wél de assistente van het kantoor: altijd vriendelijk, snel bereikbaar en duidelijk in haar communicatie. Dat maakte een deel van het proces toch een stuk prettiger. Al met al een traject met ups en downs en naar mijn mening was er veel ruimte om het beter te doen. Jammer dat er daar geen gebruik van is gemaakt. Nog even een tip: probeer hier les uit te trekken en ga in gesprek met mensen die een slechte ervaring hadden ;)

De makelaar houdt zich niet aan de regels die hij zelf tijdens de bezichtiging zo trots heeft gepresenteerd, zoals de deadline voor biedingen. Wij hebben keurig op tijd een bod gedaan en werden vervolgens twee dagen later geïnformeerd dat we niet het hoogste bod hadden uitgebracht, wat uiteraard kan gebeuren. Daarna kregen we echter te horen dat we ons bod nog konden verhogen omdat iemand na het sluiten van de deadline een hoger bod had uitgebracht. De makelaar stelde dat het “eerlijk” zou zijn om ons ook de kans te geven ons bod te verhogen. Dit lijkt echter een poging om de prijs verder op te drijven, waarbij de makelaar zijn eigen regels negeert. Het is teleurstellend dat de makelaar, ondanks zijn nadruk op een eerlijk en transparant proces met een gesloten bieding en strikte deadline, deze regels en processen opzijzet wanneer er meer geld te verdienen valt.
