Beware of this realtor! Initially very jovial, but he twisted even agreements on paper. Unfortunately, we only became aware of this through others after we ourselves had experienced several unpleasant experiences. For example, calculating VAT on the invoice when we had agreed a price, but as he himself knows, a #vbomakelaar is not allowed to do this in a b2c transaction, but he tries anyway... and there are many more dubious practices and experiences. Absolutely not recommended! Be warned and be very alert!
