It felt good from the beginning. You have an apartment, want to rent it out, and there is intensive searching for a suitable tenant. And...if there's a leak on a Saturday evening or something breaks on a Sunday afternoon, you get a call about it and it’s resolved correctly and in a cost-effective way. That service, that directness in solving problems, I find fantastic. I wouldn't want it any other way; meanwhile, we've been doing this for several years now, and I am only happier. Every problem is solved to everyone’s satisfaction, the tenant is satisfied and pays on the 1st of the month without fail, and Drenth solves all problems with the right professionals engaged at a fair price. In short, if you want to rent out a house or apartment, you are at the best address with them.

We zijn nieuw in Nederland en hadden een tijdelijke woning die we voor mei moesten verlaten. We hadden al iets gevonden in Nieuw Vennep, maar de particuliere verhuurder bleek een oplichter te zijn. Dus 15 dagen voor het einde van het contract hadden we niets meer. We dachten er bijna aan om terug te gaan naar ons thuisland. MAAR dankzij een paar echte professionals en aardige mensen (bedankt Michel) van DVB hebben we iets gevonden en hebben ze rekening gehouden met onze lastige situatie. Nu hebben mijn verloofde en ik een fijn nieuw huis! Dank aan hen! Ik beveel ze van harte aan.

Incredibly well assisted! Michel is always reachable, if he happens to be too busy to answer the phone, you immediately receive a message that he will call you back later. Very professional, explains everything in detail from signing the contract beforehand to receiving the apartment keys. The apartment was delivered neatly. Even extra service regarding the energy supplier is possible so you don't have to figure all of that out yourself. I haven't been helped so quickly well and professionally by any other good company!

We have been living in Italy for years, but when we needed temporary accommodation in the Netherlands due to an operation, we landed on Edelman Verhuur's website during our search. We look back on that with much pleasure. We are now back in Italy, but the connection remains. When good friends of ours needed a place 'between two houses' for six months, I referred them to Marjan.
