Bij het aankopen alleen al was ze haar courtage meer dan waard, want in deze gekke markt zou ik zelf veel meer geboden hebben dan uiteindelijk nodig is geweest. We zijn zeer goed begeleid en er is altijd tijd voor een antwoord op een vraag of onduidelijkheid. Kennis van de lokale markt en een overdaad aan ervaring maken dit kantoor 1 van de beste, zo niet dè beste keuze(s) voor deze regio!

07 Dec 2024De huizenmarkt is nu echt een gekkenhuis—alles gaat razendsnel, iedereen lijkt overal op te bieden, en je moet keuzes maken voordat je goed en wel weet wat je doet. Maar gelukkig hadden wij De Makelaar Kolpa, en vooral mevrouw Heersmink, aan onze zijde. Wat een verschil heeft dat gemaakt! Vanaf het eerste moment wist ze precies hoe ze ons moest begeleiden. Ze heeft ons geholpen woningen beter te beoordelen, met een scherp oog voor details die wij nooit hadden gezien. Bouwkundige staat? Marktwaarde? Woningpotentie? Ze had overal een helder en eerlijk antwoord op. Het gaf ons direct vertrouwen dat we niet alleen maar op emotie een beslissing maakten, maar echt goed geïnformeerd waren. Het biedingsproces, normaal superstressvol, werd ook zoveel makkelijker dankzij haar. Ze wist precies hoe we strategisch moesten handelen en zorgde dat we steeds een stapje voor bleven in deze hectische markt. Dat gaf rust, overzicht, en uiteindelijk: resultaat. Na een paar woningen bezichtigd te hebben, hebben we dankzij haar begeleiding onze perfecte woning gevonden. En dat in deze markt, dat is echt niet vanzelfsprekend. Wat zo fijn is aan De Makelaar Kolpa en mevrouw Heersmink? Ze combineren professionaliteit met een persoonlijke aanpak. Je voelt je echt gehoord, en het is duidelijk dat ze het beste voor je willen. Zonder haar begeleiding hadden we dit nooit zo soepel en succesvol kunnen doen. Kortom: wij zijn ontzettend blij en tevreden. De Makelaar Kolpa, en in het bijzonder mevrouw Heersmink, is een aanrader voor iedereen die door deze hectische huizenmarkt heen probeert te navigeren. Dankzij hen wonen wij nu in ons droomhuis. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.
