Date unknownDB real estate agents encountered while viewing a house. The house wasn't for us, but we felt a nice atmosphere with the selling agent and hired him as our purchasing broker. Very pleasant man and team to be in contact with, but also to work with. They are very accessible, respond very quickly and have excellent knowledge of the real estate world. We quickly found a house (with some luck too) and everything else went smoothly, very nice. Definitely recommended!

The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. We can confirm, as several reviews already say, that Hans is a friendly, honest and skilled broker!

He has all the good qualities of a good Real Estate Agent: a. Electrified response, so fast even during his vacation. Na een jaar op eigen houtje gezocht te hebben, was het toen ik Mohamed als makelaar in de arm had genomen bij de eerste bezichtiging gelijk raak. Natuurlijk met wat geluk, maar wat ook meespeelde was het netwerk dat Mohamed heeft, de kennis over de markt en waar je op moet letten tijdens een bezichtiging. Nadat mijn bod was geaccepteerd begon Mohamed alleen maar meer zijn waarde te laten zien door de verkopend makelaar doortastend achter de broek aan te zitten, meermaals proactief met oplossingen komen en vechten voor mij als cliënt. Dit heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik als koper een betere deal heb gekregen dan op voorhand was verwacht. Kortom, Mohamed is een vastberaden, anticiperende en servicegerichte makelaar die ik zeker kan aanbevelen!

11 May 2025Ik heb het genoegen gehad om met Mohamed als mijn makelaar samen te werken tijdens een huiszoeking die bijna anderhalf jaar duurde, en geen enkele keer had ik het gevoel dat het te lang duurde of te veel vroeg. Vanaf het allereerste begin was Mohamed ongelooflijk geduldig, ondersteunend en investeerde hij echt in het vinden van het juiste huis. Wat de ervaring zo bijzonder maakte, is dat hij nooit zomaar ‘een deal probeerde te sluiten’. Sterker nog, hij overtuigde me er vaak van dat bepaalde huizen niet geschikt voor mij waren, zelfs als ik in de verleiding kwam om me te vestigen. Hij begreep nog duidelijker wat ik nodig had dan ik soms deed, en dat soort eerlijke, intuïtieve begeleiding is zeldzaam.
