We chose Sterk Makelaars because of the competitive pricing and knowledge of the local market. Despite the competitive pricing, the photos of our projects were phenomenally good. The persuasive texts from Sterk Makelaar are also spot on. Selling our houses was then a piece of cake. Very satisfied with Remco and Skender. I sold my house in the Nellenstein. I called Skender, the next day he came by to take a look and we agreed on a price. Very professional all around. The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

Unfortunately, dramatic experience with Skender. I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

In onze zoektocht naar een verkoopmakelaar zijn wij in contact gekomen met Hans. Het contact in het begin was meteen prettig en positief. Hij begeleidde ons goed bij het verkoopproces, en was de enige van de drie makelaars die we hadden uitgenodigd die met het goede idee kwam om tijdens onze vakantie foto's te laten maken. Die pragmatische houding is kenmerkend voor Hans en voor ons doorslaggevend geweest in onze keus voor hem. We hebben daar geen spijt van gekregen. Hans past zich makkelijk aan en is flexibel in zijn aanpak. Hij luistert goed naar de wensen en geeft daarna goed advies. Hij reageerde altijd binnen een dag op onze vragen en hij kwam afspraken na. Na enige tegenslag in ons eigen koopproces raadde hij andere vakkundige aankoopmakelaar Kersten aan. Waardoor wij ons enorm geholpen voelden. Wij kunnen beamen, zoals meerdere reviews al zeggen, dat Hans een vriendelijke, eerlijke en vakkundige makelaar is!

Ik werd goed geholpen door Kevin van Groeningen. In tegenstelling tot andere makelaars, toont Kevin veel inzet, flexibiliteit, is hij ten alle tijden beschikbaar voor overleg en denkt hij graag mee met de wensen van dd klant. In tegenstelling tot mn vorige makelaar, toont Kevin scherpte en extra ervaring om de optimale uitkomst te behalen. Zelfs toen Kevin druk bezet was met privéomstandigheden, zorgde hij ervoor dat ik de beste klantervaring kon krijgen. Ook z'n courtage is erg gunstig. Verreweg de beste prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

We had a great experience throughout the entire journey with Hans Konings. He is very friendly, understands our needs and guides us through the different phases of finding a home. He has all the good qualities of a good Real Estate Agent: a. Electrified response, so fast even during his vacation. Always ready to answer all questions, especially because we are expats, we have more questions about the process, the neighborhood etc. B. Very well informed about the area, the market and always willing to share advice based on his experience. C. We relied exclusively on his advice and guidance and was always ready to help outside of his reach. He even answered our mortgage-related questions. Hans, you really should take this job too, because you are too good. D. He has good contacts and repo's with other real estate agents in the market which is a bonus point or an advantage would say compared to others.
