Vertrouw deze Makelaar niet! We hebben een vreselijke ervaring met hem gehad. Hij deed talloze beloftes, maar zodra de verkoop begon, kwam hij ze allemaal niet na. Constant fouten: onjuiste vierkante meters, verkeerd aantal kamers, wekenlange vertraging bij het plaatsen van de woning op Funda, geen enkele communicatie – vooral niet op de biedingsdag. Hij weigerde zelfs om contact op te nemen met een bod waar wij interesse in hadden, simpelweg omdat hij het te laag vond. Dit leidde tot veel stress, frustratie en uiteindelijk een hoop geldverlies. We moesten hem ontslaan en hebben met een nieuwe Makelaar het huis eindelijk verkocht. We zijn nu gelukkig in ons nieuwe huis. Trap niet in zijn gladde praatjes – vermijd Arjan!
