We hebben Derk inmiddels meerdere keren ingeschakeld: eerst voor de verkoop van ons vorige huis, daarna bij de aankoop van onze huidige woning en nu voor de taxatie. Elke keer opnieuw hetzelfde verhaal: snel, prettig in de omgang en super professioneel. De communicatie is duidelijk, afspraken worden nagekomen en alles wordt zonder gedoe geregeld.

We hebben heel snel een afspraak gekregen, de taxateur legde de procedure met veel geduld uit en was goed bereikbaar. Heel fijn!

Before I finalized my appraisal assignment with Derk, it was stated that if the appraisal difference was too large, I could withdraw the appraisal free of charge. This gave me a customer-friendly feeling and confidence that we would find a solution. I indicated several times before finalizing the assignment, during the appointment, and in app conversations that I wanted to know the value beforehand due to the new house. This was not addressed promptly. And I ultimately received the value via an APP MESSAGE. The appraised value was 18000!!! lower than what another appraiser later estimated. This shows that Derk can only appraise properties in Maarssen. Ultimately, I had to withdraw my appraisal assignment and you won't believe it, I still received the full invoice!!! When calling back to resolve the issue, no one returns the call, and they reneged on the verbal agreement, which was also a binding agreement. False promises, unprofessional, no good appraisers, and unfriendly, don’t do business with them – all hot air.
