Maarten Ijzerman has helped me enormously to find a suitable home. There was quite some time pressure behind my search for a new home, but that was no problem at all for Paul Dijkstra real estate agents. I was invited on short notice to the office to meet Maarten and discuss what I was looking for. Maarten was very friendly and the atmosphere in the office was good. I felt that he understood well what I was looking for and he had an assertive attitude; that same afternoon, I received multiple homes where I might be interested. I let him know which properties I wanted to view and he arranged several appointments for the coming days. Maarten took us to several houses and knew how to explain the pros and cons of each very well. He is sharp and has an eye for detail. Maarten Ijzerman really knew what I was looking for, because when he showed me the house where I now live, I didn't want to view it initially. The house didn’t appeal to me immediately, but Maarten convinced me to look anyway, because it met many of my requirements. Ultimately, I found it a very nice home; the atmosphere was good and the neighborhood is really pleasant to live in. Very happy with Maarten’s help! Would definitely recommend. 
