While we had explicitly discussed beforehand that our real estate agent would ensure that it was not known on the market that we had not received any bids, our real estate agent told this to the interested viewers and their real estate agent. • During the negotiation of the purchase price, our real estate agent hardly advised us. Sometimes it seemed as if our real estate agent considered the interests of the buyer or the deal more important than the interests of the client. • On the morning that the final agreement was reached, our real estate agent did not inform us about this. On the same day, we received an email via the office around 4:00 PM with the fully completed draft purchase agreement, including the date of the suspensive condition, the date of transfer, etc. We knew nothing and immediately called our real estate agent to find out how it was going. He wondered: “Didn’t I call you”? No indeed. • The draft purchase agreement was sent simultaneously to us and the buyer that afternoon.
