Mijn ervaring met Kristianne Slagmolen, die optrad als makelaar, was buitengewoon negatief en zeer zorgwekkend. Naar mijn mening werd de vastgoedtransactie op een misleidende en niet-transparante manier afgehandeld en ben ik ervan overtuigd dat ik tijdens het proces ernstig verkeerd ben geïnformeerd. Cruciale informatie werd niet duidelijk gedeeld, de communicatie was inconsistent en haar algehele gedrag voldeed absoluut niet aan de professionele en ethische normen die men redelijkerwijs mag verwachten bij een vastgoedtransactie. Ik heb gedrag ervaren dat ik onprofessioneel en soms zelfs ongepast vond. Als gevolg hiervan heb ik aanzienlijke financiële schade geleden en onnodige stress ondervonden. Op basis van mijn ervaring raad ik iedereen die overweegt haar diensten in te schakelen ten zeerste aan om uiterst voorzichtig te zijn, onafhankelijk advies in te winnen en alle beweringen grondig te controleren alvorens een overeenkomst aan te gaan.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring! Covers bemiddelde bij de aankoop van een huis binnen de vve op mijn adres. Ze schoven mij een zelfgemaakt amateuristisch contractje onder mijn neus die ik even snel moest tekenen. Het ging om meevetalen aan een reparatie binnen de Vve. Deelname aan vve-reparaties is wettelijk al verplicht, dus een extra contract proberen af te dwingen slaat nergens op. Daarnaast stonden er bizarre bepalingen in het document die mij duidelijk juridisch benadeelden. Bijvoorbeeld een absurd hoog bedrag dat ik zou moeten betalen en een onrealistische deadline voor uitvoering van werkzaamheden. En als de deadline niet gehaald werd, was ik verantwoordelijk. Binnen een VvE worden besluiten genomen op basis van gezamenlijke overeenstemming, niet via individuele wurgcontracten die één partij probeert door te drukken. Na overleg met mijn advocaat bleek mijn gevoel terecht; zij moest er zelfs om lachen en noemde het zorgelijk dat dit soort makelaars bestaansrecht hebben. Deze makelaar handelt onnodig agressief en onprofessioneel. Het voelt alsof snelheid en commissie belangrijker zijn dan zorgvuldigheid en correcte procesvoering. Absoluut geen prettige partij om mee te werken.

Ik zou dit makelaarskantoor aan iedereen aanraden. Meta en Kristianne begeleiden je heel goed gedurende het hele proces.

Meta werd ons aanbevolen door onze financieel adviseur, en die aanbeveling bleek helemaal terecht! Een huis kopen als starter kan stressvol zijn, maar Meta was erg behulpzaam en deskundig gedurende het hele proces. Er waren momenten dat we ons onzeker en nerveus voelden, maar Meta wist ons altijd kalm te houden en gerust te stellen. Ze beantwoordde geduldig al onze vragen, gaf duidelijke begeleiding en zorgde ervoor dat alles op schema bleef. Mijn man en ik zijn haar enorm dankbaar voor haar hulp tijdens deze belangrijke mijlpaal.

Covers Wonen, en met name Kristianne, waren voor mijn partner en mij het beste makelaarskantoor dat we ons konden wensen. Voordat we voor hen kozen, hadden we meerdere gesprekken en we hebben er geen seconde spijt van gehad dat we hen ons lieten begeleiden bij de aankoop van ons eerste huis. Onze situatie was niet de gemakkelijkste vanwege onze nationaliteiten; we werden verliefd op een huis met een aantal problemen, en we moesten geld uit het buitenland halen… De dagelijkse steun die we van Kristianne kregen was echter uitzonderlijk. I hired Meta Cankrien from Covers Wonen to rent out my apartment in Utrecht, which I had bought as an investment. Meta was always professional and responded quickly, and the rental process went smoothly. My apartment was never empty between tenants and I never had problems with the tenants that she screened. The interaction with the Covers Wonen team was also always professional. After a few years I decided to sell the apartment and again hired Meta. The sale proceeded just as smoothly and efficiently. I have worked with several real estate agents in the Netherlands, but this was by far my best experience. Keep it up!

I had an amazing experience with the entire team, and especially with Meta and Kristianne! They were always very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. They supported us throughout the entire process, with all the ups and downs, and ultimately helped in finding a perfect house!

We had a remarkably negative experience with Kristianne Slagmolen. The conduct was consistently unprofessional and rude: appointments were not kept and our phone calls and messages were repeatedly ignored. This behavior created a very negative impression and clearly showed that we should not go into business with this real estate agent. Fortunately, we were then helped by another real estate agent in the area, who demonstrated a much more professional and reliable approach.

We have rented an apartment from them for almost six years, so I think we can say better than most people how this 'office' actually stands. They pulled the same scam with heating costs as mentioned in at least one review above - literally told on the phone that heating is included in the rent. It was written in big letters in the inspection document that heating is included in the rent, but they had one complicated word hidden in the contract that meant it was NOT included. It then literally took me weeks or months to get more details and just proof of those (exorbitant) heating costs, every time again. Reporting problems usually took forever before they responded or did anything, like a flooded kitchen at some point (due to absolutely terrible pipes). If the landlord had a random whim, they immediately demanded a response, but if we needed something from the landlord or wanted to have something arranged or repaired, they always avoided their responsibility (and gave us at most a contact person to handle it ourselves). Everything that was broken or poorly installed (that is, probably half of everything in the supposedly recently renovated apartment) they would do everything to make us blame it - and the repair costs - unless we had enough proof to clearly show that it was not our fault. And surprise, despite me leaving the apartment in excellent condition (after again, almost six years), it took two months of my persistent and annoying behavior before I got our deposit back (with excuses like 'the landlord is on vacation', yes, it's 2025 and you would think mobile internet exists). They still found an excuse to deduct a part of it - the blinds we had reported as broken and poorly installed countless times. Then they just stopped responding. If you ever have the misfortune to come into contact with them, demand that EVERYTHING is in writing, even before you sign the contract, even if they initially seem friendly. Preferably have a Dutch lawyer look it over and never let yourself be lured into phone calls (the favorite tactic of Dutch companies, by the way - most of them hate for some reason to leave a paper trail :).

When renting out my old house, I went into business with several real estate agents, unfortunately not to my satisfaction, pushy, failing to keep appointments. Subsequently, a good friend tipped me off and I entered into a contract with Covers. For years they rented out my apartment, helped me in every way possible, and relieved me of all burdens. They had decent tenants and whenever something was wrong it was resolved immediately. Fine and quick communication! In the sale and purchase of my new home, I can only say sublime!!!! Meta supported me enormously throughout this entire process because there were quite a few setbacks privately, but she stood by me day and night (weekends), and in addition to being extremely professional, she was also very involved.
