I am very satisfied with Martijn. A professional real estate agent, fine and clear in communication and open to a sales challenge. His mission was to sell my house, but with me being as relieved as possible regarding health issues. An extra challenge and mission accomplished! Ultimately, I was able to sell the house for above the asking price. I can wholeheartedly recommend Van Welzenes Makelaars.

If you have another option, I strongly advise you to stay away from this real estate agency. The owner is absolutely not reliable and his knowledge about the house he is trying to sell is limited. He doesn't know basic facts about the house, such as the ceiling height and the periodic payment (VVE). He has a very irritating way of speaking, as if he considers himself superior to you. He acts as if you should be making an offer on the house. I actually wanted to make an offer on the house, but after his behavior, I decided not to do so. This is the worst real estate agency in the Netherlands that I have ever seen.

Dear people, I too have a particularly unpleasant aftertaste regarding the office of Welzenes Real Estate. Due to the death of my mother, the house had to be sold. Martijn from Welzenes initially seemed sympathetic, but appearances can be deceiving. After paying € 1000,-- for the start-up costs, my mother's property in Utrecht could be put on sale. Once the property was listed on funda, it became deathly silent. Dead silent. I heard nothing more. After three months, I decided to call myself and then he knew nothing about the property for sale. Strange!!! After waiting a few minutes, he returned with a story about a poorly performing market and that he also has to wait for that one phone call. I said: 'have you done anything else'? No, what am I supposed to do? Well, you fill it in yourselves, dear people. Is he the real estate agent or am I? Subsequently, I withdrew the assignment and had to pay € 2500,--. For what? I had already paid € 1000,--!. When I refused to pay, I had a bailiff on my roof within NO TIME. Then the real estate agent Martijn from Welzenes suddenly became proactive.
