Begin wat schroef, toch goede afloop. Had wat meer contact gehad met verloop. Uiteindelijk is het toch goed afgelopen. Heeft wel te lang geduurd. Maar goed zoals ik al vermelde is het allemaal goed gegaan.

At the critical moment Joost composed the good bid in a difficult to oversee playing field, which was very good. He is fluent, quickly gets the overview, has a sense of humor and communicates well. He was not present more often, but kept the things under control. Once he overlooked a deadline. The rate was fixed and reasonable and I had no moment the feeling that we were too much.

I was excellently guided by Bas Makelaars during the purchase of a home. Initially received clear explanations about the process of buying a home and the current housing market. Subsequently, good help with all steps in that process. In addition, excellent accessibility (email quickly answered, quick callback in case of a missed phone call). So definitely experienced it as useful and pleasant guidance!

Unfortunately, they do not honor appointments. A week and a half after an appointment is made, they cancel the appointment three days beforehand because they were not 'allowed' to make it. Just take time off on another day was their cheerful stance. Worthless.
