Het eerste contact met Overduyn makelaars was met Pieter Heemskerk. Pieter werd ook onze vaste makelaar. Hij heeft ons goed door het doolhof van eerst verkopen van ons huis en daarna het traject van zoeken en kopen van onze huidige woning geloodst. Wij hebben hem leren kennen als een zeer bekwame makelaar die de communicatie van koper en verkoper met veel geduld heeft gevoerd. Hij was ook altijd bereikbaar 24/7, een appje werd altijd beantwoord. Er komt tegenwoordig veel bij kijken wanneer je in dat doolhof duikt. Een mooie foto reportage was de grondslag voor de goed verzorgde presentatie op Funda. Zowel de technische staat van een object als de kennis van allerlei regelgevingen heeft Pieter up-to-date. Voor mij was het 40 jaar geleden dat ik een ander huis kocht en zo simpel als het toen ging, dat is nu verleden tijd.Ook het team Overduyn op de thuisbasis is altijd vriendelijk en komt de afspraken na.Ik kan Overduyn met een gerust hart aanbevelen.
