Hele asociale partij. Pand beschikbaar op funda dus ik bellen en vragen of het nog beschikbaar is, dat weet mevrouw niet dus ik wordt terug gebeld. Vervolgens hoor je een week niks dus probeer je het opnieuw, en wederom zou ik worden teruggebeld. Wat dus telkens niet gebeurt. Dat zegt genoeg over de service. Edit; Uiteraard wanneer je een review post bellen ze meteen in paniek op en durven ze zelfs nog de waarheid te twisten in hun reactie op mijn review. Ze geven nu een ander de schuld, typisch. Daarnaast blijkt het pand waar ik dus nu al lang op wacht gewoon al verhuurd te zijn, fijn dat jullie website dus niet up to date is.

Het contact met de makelaar liep voortreffelijk, hij heeft mij altijd ondersteund als ik daar een beroep op deed. Ik zou hem zeker aanbevelen bij potentiele kopers en verkopers.

Deskundige, betrokken makelaar, prettig contact en fijne afhandeling van alles. Fijn dat hij de omgeving goed kent.

So stay happy. It was our parental home, and Mr. Roelse personally knew both my parents. Because of this, I really wanted him to do it for us. His finesse and personal approach we have experienced very positively. Both my sister and I are happy and grateful, despite the difficult time of having to go through all this. The real estate agent came (much) too late and asked if we could have another day. A bit later, received an app message that it wasn't possible. After calling back, it turned out to be our fault because we didn't react to a reminder while the real estate agent himself didn't come on time... And still, he was rude on the phone. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

Poor communication! He is not reachable by phone, or barely so. Called in vain for 2 days. Every time I got straight to voicemail. When you leave a message, you won't receive a call back. Subsequently, after 2 days, I received an email back. A return phone call would have been appropriate!

Terrible party. Trying to play an unfair game. As the selling party, I advise getting everything this broker tells you in black and white. Completely twists your story and is totally untrustworthy. Not recommended!

Roelse Makelaardij is in my experience a very bad party, stay far away from them as a tenant! They fail for months to get the deposit returned. Countless emails and calls have been made but it leads to nothing. Ultimately, it turned out that they hadn't even contacted the landlord for months. If you want to view a property, everything is moved aside and the red carpet is rolled out, but since tenants are not profitable, whether you get your money back means absolutely nothing to them. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Very nice realtor! They helped us enormously when we needed a new home. Always accessible, even at half past eleven in the evening there is still a response to email. Easy to deal with and keeps appointments. Really recommended!

A very bad party that doesn't keep promises or hardly keeps them at all. If you are even slightly critical on the phone, you immediately get an irritated receptionist. I would advise everyone not to go here.
