Het voortraject met deze makelaar hebben wij als prettig ervaren. Het eerste contact was goed, de communicatie duidelijk en ook het maken van de foto’s verliep professioneel. Helaas veranderde dit volledig vanaf het moment dat de woning op Funda geplaatst zou worden. In december waren er duidelijke afspraken gemaakt over planning en tijdslijnen, maar in de week van plaatsing hoorden wij ineens niets meer. We hebben zelf contact moeten opnemen om te checken of alles nog doorging…

An example of this is that on Tuesday, the suspensive conditions had expired but we only received a phone call on Friday about how it was going to proceed further. Unfortunately, the communication did not go as you would expect from a real estate agent. They didn't read the documents, didn't inform about a postponement of the bids, arrived late for appointments, and they forgot to invite the homeowner for the handover.

Terrible appraiser, van de Berg. Do not answer, all excuses etc etc. The appraisal report took far too long, always convenient to wait as long as corona is active. Work is being made here. Also very weak to protect the incompetent appraiser van de Berg. The rest doesn't work well either, take responsibility and admit and correct mistakes.

Ik vond het appartement via funda.nl en ben er gaan kijken. Ik wilde het graag huren, maar ik heb nooit meer iets van ze gehoord. Ik vraag me af of dit hun gebruikelijke aanpak is tegenover buitenlanders en expats in Nederland... wat jammer! Erg onprofessioneel. Ik heb al mijn inkomensdocumenten opgestuurd en ben het appartement komen bezichtigen, maar ze hebben me na meerdere e-mails niet eens meer geantwoord. Ik heb veel tijd voor niets verloren.

This broker already had some interested parties before we came on Funda, which was of course nice. Unfortunately, this didn't lead to anything and afterwards, this broker also proved somewhat disappointing. He was friendly but I constantly had to call him myself to follow up on things, and on the day of the transfer, he stated after the inspection that his schedule was full and he wouldn’t be going to the notary because he would ‘only have a cup of coffee and congratulate us again’. It may not have been absolutely necessary, but it would have been more proper if he had concluded it properly.
