28 Mar 2025I would prefer not to give this realtor any stars. If you happen to come across your dream house and see that Rob is selling it, look elsewhere. As a selling realtor, he's probably top-notch. But what a drama. Being ignored by him for weeks. Then excuses about going out with my back (he was walking quite well over Bisonspoor at the time and you don’t answer emails with your back). His mailbox that wasn’t working when he was on vacation (but he could still email saying it didn't work). He probably only let the previous residents of our house read the last email from us, in which we stated that we shouldn’t proceed with legal action?! Because they indicated that we weren’t very nice. They probably didn’t know that we had been constantly emailing and calling for 3 weeks. We also wanted to have the crawl space inspected but Rob said it wasn't necessary. Because there were no floors here. And we could look at our neighbors and across the street, because he had sold those houses too. Eventually, we did have an inspection carried out and what turned out; floor and 5 flooring sections that need to be repaired. What should have been a fun and exciting time was a tense and frustrating time.

In the meantime, I had been searching for over a year, and after being outbid several times by €60,000 above my offer, my courage faltered. I had actually given up on finding a little house for myself. Partly because I wasn't taken seriously by the selling real estate agents (often large firms) as a single woman. Rob was very professional from the start and really thought along with my situation. Although he was the sales agent for the property, he was constantly available by phone to answer my questions. He took the time to speak at length with me and answered my questions as best as possible. I am incredibly grateful to Rob, and of course also to the seller of the house. Communication was very pleasant, and I certainly felt that bisonstaete represented the interests of both parties, the buyer and the seller. Thank you Rob!

The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

03 Apr 2023You are bombarded with bills as soon as you want to leave your rental property (€2500). Things like a floor and extractor fan that you took over from the previous resident they just give away to the next resident, for which I had to pay €300 myself. The owner of this calls eventually and says that I supposedly said verbally that it could be given away for free, which is of course completely untrue since I had to borrow money from others to be able to pay all the ''fines''. Also, I literally have everything in email stating that this remains for takeover. As a single tenant, you no longer have any chance of saving nowadays but van Scherpenzeel doesn't care about that. Despite having everything in black and white, they still go by what you supposedly said verbally, which I would never say anyway since I desperately needed that money after all the bills I received from them. Afterwards, the owner raises his voice and says that you are lying. So I could whistle for my money. Never been so ripped off by a so-called professional company. Never do business with this company, pocket fillers!
