07 Oct 2025I put my property in the higher segment in Hoef and Haag up for sale through Beumer Nieuwegein, but that turned out to be a big mistake. The house was initially priced too high. I then indicated myself that the price had to be lowered due to various reasons. Several months later, Beumer proposed lowering the asking price by more than one thousand euros (!) due to 'market conditions'. At the beginning, I was assured that there would be many viewings, but this turned out not to be the case at all. A requested viewing could only take place two weeks later because the real estate agent was on vacation. The secretary suggested doing it myself if necessary. For a property in this segment, I find this completely unprofessional. The presentation was also full of errors: for example, a sticker from another real estate agency visible on the photos, sloppiness in the sales text. Messages from interested parties were not or too late passed on. Moreover, every contact had to always come from my side. Despite me indicating multiple times that things needed to improve (and even having a conversation about it), there was no improvement at all. The entire process has been portrayed as better than it actually was right from the start. I therefore terminated the cooperation. For a property in this price segment, you expect expert advice, transparent communication and a professional approach. This is unfortunately not what I experienced with Beumer Nieuwegein. I cannot recommend this office.

That's important to us, just like a good sales result. Earning easy money is contrary to that, and we don't recognize ourselves in it. The brochure wasn't perfect right away, we made a number of adjustments in consultation. That is of course annoying and can cause the feeling…

Pay quickly, or it will cost you 500 euros. How does the handing over of a rented property work? They will first try to have you completely renovate the property ready for the next occupant, even if there were other agreements in the original documents. A time slot for a handover appointment is only a suggestion, they let you wait an hour or more easily. You will then hear 'Sorry, missed the cut-off.'

23 Dec 2025During the sale of my home, the selling real estate agent did not exercise sufficient care in providing correct information about an ongoing purchase/lease contract of the CV boiler. This contract had been provided in writing to the agent prior to the transfer, with clear explanations about the associated ongoing payment obligations. Nevertheless, at the time of the transfer, it was not ensured that the buyer could demonstrably be fully informed or that the contract had been explicitly accepted. As a result, I am still confronted with monthly costs after the sale. What makes this particularly disappointing is that after discovering this issue, multiple attempts were made via email to contact them, but substantive responses consistently failed to materialize. Also, efforts by the buyer's real estate agent to contact Aspekt Makelaars regarding this matter have not yielded a solution. I experience this as careless and insufficiently professional, especially considering the responsibility a real estate agent has in providing correct information and follow-up. For that reason, I cannot recommend Aspekt Makelaars based on my experience.
