She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. 22 Apr 2024Had a bad experience with this company. After purchasing an apartment, they carried out the bathroom renovation. Several years later, it turned out that mistakes had been made which led to a serious leak that had to be urgently repaired just before Christmas; The Homeowners Association engaged a plumber for this and informed me. I asked DAK Woningbeleggingen after this repair whether we could reach a reasonable solution so that not all costs would have to be borne by me. Instead of a contribution, they refused to pay even one cent. Very disappointed in this company, I would advise against cooperation.
