When I called back after a missed call(!) because I had no idea why I was being called and it turned out I wasn't interested in a property, I was abruptly, forcefully, and unrefinedly cut off with a harsh tone. You can repeatedly shout 'I didn't call you,' but why on earth would I call you if I currently have no interest in a property? I had a missed call from You. This is poor marketing; you could speak to potential customers more professionally.

In a failed attempt, we were the highest bidder, but still we didn't get the house, due to the 'favorite' factor which meant - after bidding more than once - another person with a lower bid got the prize. The other party’s real estate agent actually didn’t perform well. For a long time, the situation remained very unclear. We had to search for a long time, but that is not the fault of our real estate agent either. …
