13 Mar 2025In December, we contacted van Pas Makelaars for an initial consultation; realtor Ellen came to visit us and viewed our property, explaining what the process would be. We were still looking for a new home at the time and planned to wait before selling until we found one. Ultimately, we also used van Pas to help us search for a new home, in which Ellen and especially Stijn fantastically helped us find a new home and negotiate the price! After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted! This took a lot of worries off our hands thanks to van Pas, which is a very pleasant feeling when selling your own home! We always had good contact with van Pas; whenever we needed something, we could always call and were quickly assisted - we are super happy with the service from van Pas!

She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. All in all, we can only conclude that Denise truly does this work with love, which is clearly reflected in the numbers. 30 Nov 2024Via Drieklomp real estate, a beautiful plot of land was offered for the construction of a new house on a site familiar to us. However, we were one day too late, due to vacation, to submit a motivation letter. We had also missed the open day but we already knew the plot well from our walks. Drieklomp was responsive to our (great) interest and under the condition that we would deliver our motivation within a few hours, we could participate. To cut a long story short, we were selected for the motivation interview with the client and then received via Drieklomp that we had a good chance. Our dream came true, the client awarded us the plot! As thanks for the mediation, we asked Drieklomp to sell our house. Partly due to the beautiful drone footage of our house and the surrounding area, the first bidder also became the final buyer. And the price was good. As far as we are concerned a success story.

In a failed attempt, we were the highest bidder, but still we didn't get the house, due to the 'favorite' factor which meant - after bidding more than once - another person with a lower bid got the prize. The other party’s real estate agent actually didn’t perform well. For a long time, the situation remained very unclear. We had to search for a long time, but that is not the fault of our real estate agent either. …

The real estate agent uses the Move portal with a step-by-step system, so you know exactly what still needs to be done in each phase of the sale. For the sale of the apartment, we received good tips and after each viewing, we received valuable feedback. The apartment was sold within 7 days.
