From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The property had to be sold as a result of the owner's dementia and unfortunately passed away before the final transfer at the notary's office. 16 Nov 2024Via Drieklomp real estate, a beautiful plot of land was offered for the construction of a new house on a site familiar to us. However, we were one day too late, due to vacation, to submit a motivation letter. We had also missed the open day but we already knew the plot well from our walks. Drieklomp was responsive to our (great) interest and under the condition that we would deliver our motivation within a few hours, we could participate. To cut a long story short, we were selected for the motivation interview with the client and then received via Drieklomp that we had a good chance. Our dream came true, the client awarded us the plot! As thanks for the mediation, we asked Drieklomp to sell our house. Partly due to the beautiful drone footage of our house and the surrounding area, the first bidder also became the final buyer. And the price was good. As far as we are concerned a success story.

In a failed attempt, we were the highest bidder, but still we didn't get the house, due to the 'favorite' factor which meant - after bidding more than once - another person with a lower bid got the prize. The other party’s real estate agent actually didn’t perform well. For a long time, the situation remained very unclear. We had to search for a long time, but that is not the fault of our real estate agent either. …

The real estate agent uses the Move portal with a step-by-step system, so you know exactly what still needs to be done in each phase of the sale. For the sale of the apartment, we received good tips and after each viewing, we received valuable feedback. The apartment was sold within 7 days.
