Via Drieklomp real estate, a beautiful plot of land was offered for the construction of a new house on a site familiar to us. However, we were one day too late, due to vacation, to submit a motivation letter. We had also missed the open day but we already knew the plot well from our walks. Drieklomp was responsive to our (great) interest and under the condition that we would deliver our motivation within a few hours, we could participate. To cut a long story short, we were selected for the motivation interview with the client and then received via Drieklomp that we had a good chance. Our dream came true, the client awarded us the plot! As thanks for the mediation, we asked Drieklomp to sell our house.
