This review is exclusively about an initial consultation for the sale of a house. I had an initial consultation with Joey. He really knows the market in Zeist well, came well prepared to the appointment and gave me excellent advice on the sales process, preparations and even a number of useful tips that only an experienced real estate agent from the area can give. In the end, I decided to postpone the sale, but if I do want to do it in the future, I will definitely contact Joey again.
