Een identieke ervaring als voorgaande reviewer Lucas Baarspul. Meneer de makelaar (van Dijck sr) kwam 20 minuten te laat bij onze bezichtiging en na een kort clichématig "sorry" snel richting de woning. Voorstellen ? ....oh ja, dat moet ook dan maar even. Na bezichtiging gevraagd naar biedproces. Nooit gesproken over verkoop per inschrijving. We mochten een bod doen, daar stond men voor open. Daarmee wekte sr.duidelijk de indruk dat we konden bieden en op tegenbod of voorstel wachten. Omdt wij nogal kritisch waren op de staat van de woning, was zijn finale aanname dan ook...."deze woning is niet voor jullie" en "eind van de dag is deze weg voor de vraagprijs". 40 jaar ervaring had meneer de makelaar, maar zijn communicatieve vaardigheden zijn behoorlijk sleets. Einde van diezelfde kijkochtend hebben wij de vraagprijs neergelegd. Niets, maar dan ook niets meer gehoord hierna. Toen we de dag daarna (einde middag) met het kantoor belden, moesten we horen van de secretaresse dat het toch een verkoop per inschrijving was en dat het raar was dat van Dijck dit niet had vermeld. Zojuist vernomen van sr.dat de woning "vors" overboden was en wij geen kans meer maakten. Beste makelaar van Dijck sr.......een krijtpak en een BMW maken wellicht indruk op jouw klanten, maar zeker niet op ons. Wij staan meer voor fatsoenlijke omgangsvormen en communicatie om mensen een eerlijke kans te bieden. Wij raden dan ook Nassau makelaar Zeist af. Inmiddels schrijven we mei 2024. Wij hebben nooit enige illusie gehad dat er een excuus in welke vorm dan ook onze kant op zou komen, maar toch…..je hoopt dan dat dit soort leermomenten en reviews een makelaar zou kunnen bewegen iets in die richting te gaan ondernemen. Derhalve deze “nabrander” om nog maar eens te onderschrijven dat deze makelaar een pandjes-schuiver is en het snelle-geld-maken laat prevelleren boven goed fatsoen. Kleine update sept 2024 Van familie begrepen dat het eerdervemelde heerschap nogal schofferend communiceerdetijdens bezichtiging. Review zal wel volgen. Alleen maar bevestiging wat wij al wisten.....een bijzonder mannetje waarvoor het tijd wordt dat ie zn krijtpak aan een makelaarswilg gaat hangen

Im het najaar een huis gekocht via hen. Geen fijne ervaring gehad met Henk van Nassau Makelaars. Hij kwam te laat op meerdere afspraken, gaf geen antwoord op de vragen die we stelde (lees: we kregen een nietszeggend antwoord óf geen terugkoppeling die wel beloofd was) en was vaak niet vriendelijk. De zaakjes waren wel geregeld uiteindelijk, maar het kostte veel te veel moeite. Tijd voor hem/hen om met pensioen te gaan.

I rented a property through this agency with 2 friends, and when we wanted to replace one of the three on the contract, we received an outright rude response that it wasn't actually intended (which was never told to us before) and then it was allowed if we would pay 430 euros for an allonge. Ultimately, we agreed to this but never received the allonge. When we subsequently wanted our money back, we only received aggressive reactions in return. Also, no attention was paid to our explanation/arguments, but Henk thought it was just whining that he didn't have time for.

After the recording, only brief telephone consultation; relevant. After a viewing, a short call about the findings. The object has been sold, delivery is at the end of August, nothing to say yet about after-service. All in all, a pleasant guy, just a little sloppy.

Nassau's knowledge of the region is unparalleled! Very skilled and friendly assistance, kept us very well informed throughout the sales period!

It's a shame Henk that you could no longer remember the expected sales price following our ‘intake’ / introductory meeting afterwards. The sale order went to another real estate agency, but you were coincidentally asked as a buyer's agent 2 months later. We thought then, nice, the circle is complete, you still get a 'buying role'. It turned out to be a disappointing message and a much lower offer, you could no longer remember your own advised price for our house. You said you don’t read Google reviews, so this one is for people who do!

Great help in the search for a rental property and years later with the purchase of our first home. The customer's interest always comes first, and Henk really knows his stuff. Definitely recommended.

Don't go into business with Nassau/ Henk van Dijck, that’s the best advice I can give. He doesn't listen to customer questions and brushes them off. He will never advise you to have a structural survey done, even if it's the best thing for the situation, because then the deal is delayed. And that's not what he wants. In short, it’s a disgrace that this man can call himself a broker, very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I had to experience this firsthand.

Antisocial real estate agents, who act strangely and dismiss a normal question with cheeky remarks. Losers.

I certainly would not sell my house through this real estate agent. Tried to make an offer on a house with this real estate agent. Being outbid is understandable in this market, but being excluded without proper communication is incomprehensible. Especially when it happens from the self-interest of the realtor (not the seller). We were quick to respond, we were on top of things, but there was no way to have a conversation with this realtor. Also, no substantive response about the bidding process. Ultimately called back that the property had been sold. With remarks like; “I can’t call 60 people” “I don’t do anything with bids from people without a buyer's agent” “I want to do business with colleague realtors first, because I need them. Otherwise I will never get anywhere myself.” For a popular property, this real estate agency clearly lacks the capacity for proper communication or integrity procedures.
