She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Clear agreements are made but there is also ample room for your own ideas and wishes. Communication runs smoothly and a trusting relationship quickly develops. Asked if they could send me the requested documents via email, this gentleman said 'I will arrange it' but no response received after just under a week. Afterwards, I called them with various questions and even made an offer (they asked me to do so via email), again no message received after a week and a half. I don't understand this realtor. How can you leave your property in their hands if they don't want to do anything!! It involves large amounts of money!!! Never experienced anything like it!!! Ridiculous!!!
