She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. Asked if they could send me the requested documents via email, this gentleman said 'I will arrange it' but no response received after just under a week. Afterwards, I called them with various questions and even made an offer (they asked me to do so via email), again no message received after a week and a half. I don't understand this realtor. How can you leave your property in their hands if they don't want to do anything!! It involves large amounts of money!!! Never experienced anything like it!!! Ridiculous!!!
