Ik zie op Funda verschillende door jullie aangeboden woningen langskomen waarbij afbeeldingen worden gebruikt die overduidelijk door AI zijn gegenereerd, waarbij ramen, deuren en formaten van woningen helemaal niet overeenkomen met hoe de woningen er werkelijk uit zien. Er wordt dus nul controle uitgevoerd tijdens het plaatsen van woningen op Funda. Erg amateuristisch.

Dit is de derde transactie die Valerie in korte tijd voor ons gerealiseerd heeft en weer overtrof zij alle verwachtingen. If possible, I would like to give this broker a negative or zero rating. Unfortunately, for the purchase of a house, I engaged the services of Broekman&Calis. Not only did I receive a very unreliable service of low quality, but I was also quite misled by the two agents who are masters at making false promises that they never intended to keep and they are highly skilled in the diplomatic art of smiling to your face with empty promises so that they can postpone the problem by knowingly not planning to offer compensation, but with time, false smiles and empty promises they play with this tactic and stretch the time out so much that it is too late to legally claim compensation. They are also very adept at not listening to your complaint by doing their best to downplay your complaint. The agent's negligence cost me a lot of money. During inspection of the house, one of the agents inspected the house and assured me that the house had a drainpipe connected to the main sewer system in the house. They were so confident and friendly that I trusted them. After I bought the house, I was shocked when I discovered that the drainpipe of the house was not connected to the main sewage line in the street. Initially, they didn't even want to believe this fact and said that I had fabricated problems that did not exist. I conducted thorough research, took many photos, and threatened legal action. Subsequently, they immediately promised that they would declare half of the costs for installing the new drainpipes. Therefore, I and my lawyer believed them and decided to give them a chance, but unfortunately, they only made empty promises and prolonged the time until it was too late. I spent thousands of euros to connect a new drain and I did not receive half of the promised costs. Very unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Please avoid!!
