I was quite apprehensive about the entire sales process of my apartment. But thanks to Nick's super friendly service, it turned out to be really manageable! What struck me about the collaboration is that at this brokerage they are truly personal and also look after your interests well. Nick even had good tips for a contracting company which performed some repair work. The team (back-office) and Jos and Nick handle all questions smoothly and quickly, in my case via a WhatsApp group - ideal! From the first conversation to the handover, I didn't have to think about anything and ultimately the apartment was sold very well. I recommend them to everyone! Thanks again Nick and the rest of the team!

She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. We were well assisted by Marijn in the purchase of our first house. He is positive, personal and honest. He really takes the time to get to know you and for the purchasing process. Without his help we would not have been able to find our current home. After an introductory meeting at our home, Marijn sent daily before the offer appeared on funda available homes. With a keen eye, he showed us all (in)possibilities during viewings. What we particularly liked was that Marijn is always accessible for questions and advice, which is very nice in such a stressful process as buying a house. His large network also helped with the purchasing process, for example by referring us to a pleasant mortgage advisor. All in all, a very pleasant collaboration and recommended if you are looking for a good purchasing broker in the Utrecht/De Bilt area!

Marijn is a passionate and enthusiastic real estate agent. Due to his perseverance, he found us a great house. He quickly involves others when needed. Sometimes he can be so busy that he might be late. Furthermore, he has a lot of insight into renovation options where necessary, which helps in estimating costs after purchase. Marijn asks for very reasonable brokerage fees as a buyer's agent compared to colleagues in the area.

We are very happy that Marijn guided our purchase and can wholeheartedly recommend him! The contact was pleasant from the first moment, the costs for the guidance were competitive. The joint viewing gave us better (business) insight into the advantages and disadvantages of the property and plot for us personally, and Marijn gave clear advice regarding the value and expected renovation costs. However, perhaps the most valuable thing was the strict guidance during the bidding process; without Marijn, we would undoubtedly have paid more, he has certainly earned his keep! For us, the next step is a renovation, and Marijn will also help us with that.

Enthusiastic, Expert, Personal approach, Intensive process. Marijn makes buying and selling a house a pleasant journey. In our case, everything also went quickly. We viewed several houses together, where Marijn honestly gave his opinion and thought along well with us. Marijn has good insight into houses, renovation possibilities and the housing market. The first house we made an offer on is the one we got. That is not the most common scenario in the current market. After that, Marijn sold our apartment. That also went smoothly. From several viewers came the feedback that Marijn had made the viewing a pleasant experience. Marijn has a large network and is happy to use it for you. Marijn is an absolute recommendation! After a pleasant first conversation at his office, it immediately felt right. A nice informal atmosphere and good contact via WhatsApp and phone calls. He is always very accessible and responds quickly. We didn't even view that many properties afterwards, but the viewings we did with Marijn were enjoyable. He looks carefully, asks many questions of the selling real estate agent, isn't averse to having a chat with the neighbors, and also thinks well about possibilities with you. After less than one and a half months of searching, we found our house and he ensured that we could buy our first home through good negotiation work. Ultimately, the bid was even slightly lower than we were prepared to go! We never thought it could happen so quickly in such a turbulent market as this. So if you are looking for a buyer's agent, don't hesitate any longer!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Marijn! Ultimately, we bought our dream house within three months. Initially, we hesitated between a large agency (a la Lauteslager) or a freelancer. We are very happy that we ultimately chose Marijn due to the easy contact and the offer via Whatsapp. No hassle with an in-house department but direct communication and the possibility of asking questions. In addition, Marijn also provides advice on the entire process from after the purchase and for any possible renovation. He responds quickly and is always available. In short, top!

Marijn helped us enormously well with the search for our new house. It's very nice to be able to quickly communicate via Whatsapp and see the offers come by there. I think we were actually late for a viewing but Marijn was still able to arrange for us to visit. Also nice that Marijn gives his own honest opinion about the properties we viewed. Marijn helped us tremendously with the search for a house. We had already sat down with several real estate agents, but Marijn's personal approach appealed to us the most. From beginning to end, he is very involved in the process. He sends offers through (even before they appear on Funda), schedules appointments, goes along to viewings and then takes the time to discuss things extensively. He also gave us good advice during the bidding process. He is always reachable, even from the campsite 😊 Without him, we wouldn't have been able to buy our house! Real estate agency Jo Rijksen successfully sold my property at the turning point in the housing market at the end of 2014. The asking price was ambitiously set (I thought: 'it will never happen') and the property was sold within 2 weeks for a price close to it. Above expectations! Photography of the property was professional and certainly contributed to many visits on Funda. Jo Rijksen handled the negotiations well with 3 bids and secured the compromise at the right moment. In short: I am very satisfied with this transaction.

In December, we contacted van Pas Makelaars for an initial consultation; realtor Ellen came to visit us and viewed our property, explaining what the process would be. We were still looking for a new home at the time and planned to wait before selling until we found one. Ultimately, we also used van Pas to help us search for a new home, in which Ellen and especially Stijn fantastically helped us find a new home and negotiate the price! After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted! This took a lot of worries off our hands thanks to van Pas, which is a very pleasant feeling when selling your own home! We always had good contact with van Pas; whenever we needed something, we could always call and were quickly assisted - we are super happy with the service from van Pas!

In our search for a sales broker, we came into contact with Hans. The initial contact was immediately pleasant and positive. He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped.
