She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. I was called twice for two different houses and the person on the phone was quite irritated when I asked her to give me 1 minute to consult with my friend about the times. If I compare other brokers with this company, it's not the best experience. They tried to call my friend for my review, while I was the one who signed for the houses and they had my number. Date unknownIn the past, I got into serious trouble with Niek Maathuis and received a 10 percent penalty due to a property purchase that was signed subject to conditions. He left me in the lurch as a buyer at that time. Incidentally, I won that lawsuit. But Niek has left me with a lingering aftertaste and a scar. My trust in this real estate agent is completely gone. I wouldn't even give Niek 1 star with his smooth talk, but he doesn't understand anything legally. Until today, no apologies received, truly worthless. And this real estate agent never heard from again!!! Finally, after so many years, called the next day with apologies, and all of that due to 1 review, but are you going to say that you don’t recognize my story? Is that your way of resolving things properly?

He gives clear and honest feedback and never pushed us or tried to sell us anything, no 'sales pitches'. The people at Visie are also lovely to deal with. A nice extra was that drone images of the area were made, and that much work was taken out of our hands. For example: measuring the house was not entirely correct, the real estate agent arranged for us to ensure it was correct.

I am very disappointed. E-mails that were not seen. The realtor did not keep us informed that he was also in negotiation with another party. And I think that is mandatory.. Phone calls where you are not called back. And now we've lost the property to another bidder. I don't think this is how things usually go…
