She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. All in all, we can only conclude that Denise truly does this work with love, which is clearly reflected in the numbers. 23 May 2025Poor communication, it's the only company that didn't call us to let us know if the house had already been sold. It was via email. I was called twice for two different houses and the person on the phone was quite irritated when I asked her to give me 1 minute to consult with my friend about the times. If I compare other brokers with this company, it's not the best experience. They tried to call my friend for my review, while I was the one who signed for the houses and they had my number. I hope you respect my point of view.

24 Apr 2025Nicely assisted in this hectic housing market by realtor Chris van den Assem. He helped with both the sale and purchase of our new home. Thought along with us at every step and gave honest advice. Reliable and sympathetic. Thought along with us in all considerations and choices that arise during both the sales and purchase process. Beumer also uses a specific system (Copaan) that shows available houses just slightly earlier than they appear on Funda. Other real estate agencies also have a comparable system, but we specifically found this one very nice because it is very clear and indicates a matching percentage per house. This makes it easier to quickly filter the offer.

24 Apr 2025Really extremely bad in their communication throughout the entire process. They set deadlines themselves and then, after the deadline, say that it has been shifted. They leave you as a customer completely in the dark, even if you chase them yourself. The customer service is friendly, but ultimately have few concrete answers. I partly understand it, but that gives the organization as a whole a sloppy and unprofessional image. Changes to plans or circumstances can always happen, but at least communicate this in a timely manner. Personally, they come across as very unreliable and unsympathetic this way, and I have little good words for that.

The new resident also indicated that they were very well helped, which is of course nice to hear. 07 Jun 2024Been working for about a month to buy a house in Arnhem from Tulp Makelaars. The communication has been very difficult between our realtor and the selling realtor of the house. I am very disappointed. E-mails that were not seen. The realtor did not keep us informed that he was also in negotiation with another party. And I think that is mandatory.. Phone calls where you are not called back. And now we've lost the property to another bidder. I don't think this is how things usually go…

He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. 01 Mar 2025We had a great experience throughout the entire journey with Hans Konings. He is very friendly, understands our needs and guides us through the different phases of finding a home. He has all the good qualities of a good Real Estate Agent: a. Electrified response, so fast even during his vacation. Always ready to answer all questions, especially because we are expats, we have more questions about the process, the neighborhood etc. B. Very well informed about the area, the market and always willing to share advice based on his experience. C. We relied exclusively on his advice and guidance and was always ready to help outside of his reach. He even answered our mortgage-related questions. Hans, you really should take this job too, because you are too good. D. He has good contacts and repo's with other real estate agents in the market which is a bonus point or an advantage would say compared to others. Last but not least a very good person with passion for his work and we highly recommend him. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible :). Thank you very much Hans for your help and guidance :).
