This realtor was recommended to us by our financial advisor (Opmaat Financiering) and it was immediately a bullseye! From the very first contact to the phone call that confirmed the sale of my house :-). Very well guided throughout the entire process. All appointments explained, clear and neat, recorded and followed up on. Easily accessible, no question too much or too crazy. Always kept informed of every new development. There's a lot involved in selling a house, so it’s incredibly nice to have a realtor you trust and who knows how to tackle things and supports you well throughout the entire process. The advantage of having everything under one roof is that lines are short, everyone knows what they need to do and works well together. The collaboration with Dirk Jan and his equally expert and hardworking team was great! They are professional, friendly, personal and always available. We were very well guided. At the end of the journey, our house was sold quickly after closing the bids. We are very happy with the result and can definitely recommend De Koning Makelaars!

She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. Date unknownPoor communication, it's the only company that didn't call us to let us know if the house had already been sold. It was via email. I was called twice for two different houses and the person on the phone was quite irritated when I asked her to give me 1 minute to consult with my friend about the times. If I compare other brokers with this company, it's not the best experience. They tried to call my friend for my review, while I was the one who signed for the houses and they had my number. I hope you respect my point of view.

Date unknownIn the past, I got into serious trouble with Niek Maathuis and received a 10 percent penalty due to a property purchase that was signed subject to conditions. He left me in the lurch as a buyer at that time. Incidentally, I won that lawsuit. But Niek has left me with a lingering aftertaste and a scar. My trust in this real estate agent is completely gone. I wouldn't even give Niek 1 star with his smooth talk, but he doesn't understand anything legally. Until today, no apologies received, truly worthless. And this real estate agent never heard from again!!! Finally, after so many years, called the next day with apologies, and all of that due to 1 review, but are you going to say that you don’t recognize my story? Is that your way of resolving things properly?

I am very disappointed. E-mails that were not seen. The realtor did not keep us informed that he was also in negotiation with another party. And I think that is mandatory.. Phone calls where you are not called back. And now we've lost the property to another bidder. I don't think this is how things usually go…

21 Mar 2025In our search for a sales broker, we came into contact with Hans. The initial contact was immediately pleasant and positive. He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. We can confirm, as several reviews already say, that Hans is a friendly, honest and skilled broker!

Unlike other real estate agents, Kevin shows a lot of commitment, flexibility, is always available for consultation, and likes to think along with the wishes of the client. In contrast to my previous real estate agent, Kevin demonstrates sharpness and extra experience to achieve the optimal outcome. Even when Kevin was busy with private circumstances, he ensured that I could have the best customer experience. His commission is also very favorable. By far the best price/quality ratio.
