We used Punt Makelaardij both for the purchase and sale of our home and were extremely satisfied on both occasions. Years ago we bought a new build home through them, and recently we sold the same home again via them. The whole team is friendly, professional and really thinks with you. During the sales process they listened well to our wishes and always took them into account. They were also very accessible: when we had questions, we could always easily get in touch with them. We were helped by Florentine and we found that very pleasant. She is extremely friendly, approachable and involved. Even on the weekend we could reach her via the app with questions and if she had the opportunity, she always responded quickly. They give honest and good advice, think actively along and try to make the whole process as easy as possible for you. That felt genuine and familiar. They claim they couldn't reach me by phone, but they didn't even call (I checked whether they had my correct number and that's correct). That makes them seem quite unreliable.

If you are looking for a brokerage that doesn’t shy away from lying and cheating to sell your house, then you've come to the right place with Punt Makelaars. We bought a house from this brokerage. First of all, they blatantly (and deliberately) lied to explicit questions about construction plans in the area, claiming there were none. This while the seller later indicated that they had clearly reported this to the brokerage. Subsequently, after the purchase, we discover that there is an error of half a meter in the 'officially measured floor plan'! Complain about this, and you will never hear back from them. I wouldn't wish this gang of scoundrels on anyone!
