She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Rick is a very involved, honest, skilled and pleasant realtor who takes the time for you! During the purchase, he removed a lot of worry and stress for us. He always did good research beforehand into the property we were going to view, which allowed him to advise and inform us well. The sale of our home could not have gone better either. There was always consultation and we were kept very well informed. Rick sold the house in no time thanks to his enthusiasm and attention. We couldn't have wished for better support for purchase and sale. Buying or selling a home are exciting moments/times, but with Rick it feels much more relaxed and everything will be fine!
