Edit: this buyer's agent had repeatedly pushed for a good Google review themselves and as a result, this one was posted. But now revised. During the bidding, the agent said up to 2x that someone else had made a comparable bid and/or whether I wanted to increase my bid, which I did. Later I received the bidding logbook and in it there were no other bids that came close to mine (approx. 30K difference) and also the previous owner indicated that after my bid, they had no other bids of comparable height, which they were unhappy about. Apparently the agent had convinced them of a higher selling price and thus drove up the price and led me astray. I will not trust them anymore and advise to think twice before buying a house from them. My confidence is gone and I have paid too much due to the agent's deception.

It's probably a great real estate agent, but my experience was mediocre. We came to Joost because we already knew this realtor. My parents had a good experience at that time. What was nice about Joost was that I could message him every day and he often responded quickly. However, I never felt like he really tried his best to find a place for us. As a result, it felt like I did the work myself.
