A very pleasant experience with WIJmakelaardij. What we particularly liked was the personal contact, also with Lieke and Moniek; they were always ready to arrange viewings and answer questions. The real estate agents are very friendly and never pressure you to bid higher than the house is worth. They actually prevented us from getting carried away emotionally and we are now enormously happy with our current home. The entire team was available for us, with Gerrit Jan, Arnoud and Kyra all providing pleasant contact. It was a long search but we are very glad that we didn't make too many concessions, also based on their advice. They always approached things with lots of positive energy. Get an appraisal done. The report took a week and a half to agree on. It was initially rejected by the supervisory body because no one knew how to include certain activities in the renovation specifications. Contact with the Appraiser could only be made via email or leaving a message at reception. Ultimately successful, but the price (€895) in relation to the service and expertise is, in my opinion, not proportionate.
