Strange realtor. We had a viewing at Floris Heermalestraat 32, where we first stood for minutes in front of a closed door (while we were on time). Subsequently, we went inside and she was still with other people. That can happen, of course. She indicated that she would give us a tour in 5 minutes. The minutes passed and we had already seen the house and she was now finished with the previous people. I asked if she could give us a small tour, to which she responded: You've already seen it, don’t you want me to hold the door open for you? Now I have quite a sense of whether something is meant humorously or not, but this came across as hostile. She also reacted very curtly to our questions. For example, we asked how the contact with the neighbors was, and she indicated that we should ring their doorbell ourselves. In summary, this was the most peculiar experience we've had with a realtor. I understand that houses in Utrecht can sell themselves at the moment, but Margot will be the first to notice when this tide turns.
