Asking price advice: in my opinion, there was a huge difference in the asking price. One real estate agent wanted to start with € 650,000 while the other wanted to start with € 798,000. 07 Oct 2025No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of a new home. After initial conversations and one unsuccessful bid on a house, contact with Vesta became less frequent until communication completely stopped. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable houses, but this never got off the ground. We then, after weeks of radio silence, were forced to engage another real estate agent who successfully managed to help us move. Now, a year and a half later, an invoice of 500 euros for cancellation fees has been placed on our mat. Technically/legal correct but it feels easily earned, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, keep looking.

If you register as a potential buyer, they act arrogantly with comments like: 'We sell a house the way we want to.' They also dance to the tune of money. As they themselves indicate, that is leading. Ethics probably plays a lesser role. A pity, but in this market this broker seems to be able to adopt an attitude that would not be possible in a normalized market.
