The real estate agent was open to a change in the asking price. The process of finding a real estate agent was quite special. Asking price advice: in my opinion, there was a huge difference in the asking price. One real estate agent wanted to start with € 650,000 while the other wanted to start with € 798,000. Note: Siewe Makelaardij never affixed a 'for sale' sign to the facade. Looking back, it was quite special, also because it did not come up.

They only asked what I wanted to do and when that failed, I had to suggest another strategy to make it work. Very bad experience, Mr. the realtor did everything to mainly serve his own interests, in my opinion, unfortunately he lost sight of the importance of his client. When we confront him and hold him accountable, he hides and throws the keys to the relevant property through the mailbox so as not to have to speak to us at all. Why are you playing hide-and-seek, I then think?

Leonard is a particularly fine sparring partner and doesn't go for the first available tenant, but looks for a reliable tenant. This sometimes leads to disappointment and misunderstanding among tenants. On the other hand, this benefits the interests of his landlord who also pays him, which makes him an excellent broker.
