Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the reaction of the owner below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the response below asks for some clarification, so here’s what happened: - Tel Krop sold a house via bidding - We had the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable assets shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for the transfer - The party that had offered less in the bidding process still wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered a compensation if we would withdraw, because we were formally the buyers. - Ultimately went with the other buyer anyway, without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. I think it speaks for itself that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.

Ja, ik heb mijn eigen plafond onder water gezet?! Het is duidelijk dat ik heb besloten dat ik het was, want 1,5 jaar later is het nog steeds niet gerepareerd. Mooie doucheruimte…onpraktisch opgezet. Plafond en muren zijn bruin gekleurd en zijn eerlijk gezegd walgelijk. Volgende week hoor ik een vreemd geluid in de keuken. Weer een lek uit het plafond. Genoeg water om een ​​dweilemmer te vullen. Ik vermoed dat ze zullen proberen de reparatie uit te stellen en het tegelijkertijd zullen doen en dat ze de bovenverdieping zullen passen en schilderen, zodat de kosten kunnen worden gemaskeerd en in de renovatiekosten kunnen worden opgenomen. We rent an apartment through Prestige Housing. Manuela presents herself as very professional and collaborative, but that is absolutely an illusion. When we moved in, we discovered that a number of things were broken and needed to be repaired. For some things it took more than six months to get them fixed, while quite a bit of money had to be paid monthly. She didn't allow me to contact the owner of the property myself to resolve some issues. Luckily he is very collegial and reasonable. Something that Manuela clearly isn’t.
