Ik ben zeer tevreden over de samenwerking met Jacqueline. Ze is flexibel en heeft duidelijk kennis van de markt.

Jacqueline is een zeer deskundige hardwerkende makelaar. Doordat ze goed luistert naar je wensen komt ze al snel met goede opties die bij jou aansluiten. Binnen een paar weken heeft ze ons aan een mooi huis in Amsterdam geholpen, voor een zeer goede prijs. Ik wens iedereen een makelaar als Ivo: Professioneel en betrouwbaar, uitstekende communicatie. Reageert snel, denkt vooruit en houdt je steeds goed op de hoogte. Attent in de details en scherp in de onderhandelingen. Dankzij deze aanpak een vlot en prettig traject gehad.

Ik kan Ivo zeker aanraden! Na drie maanden zelf bezichtigingen doen en zoeken, had ik binnen 1,5 week met Ivo mijn huis gevonden. Wat een verademing om niet alles meer zelf te hoeven regelen. Ivo is een doorpakker met humor en toevallig ben ik ook nog eens bij hem in de straat gaan wonen 🙂 Wil je iemand die snel en vakkundig is, dan moet je bij Ivo zijn!

Jacqueline is erg betrokken als het gaat om zowel de koop als verkoop van je huis. Ze is direct en 'to the point'. Iets wat je moet kunnen waarderen maar wat in mijn mening zeker helpt in het proces. Soms hebben we een zetje nodig of een andere blik op de zaak. Ik denk dat Jacqueline goed aanvoelt wanneer wat is gewenst. Ik kan Jacqueline dan ook zeker aanraden als makelaar.

Het is jammer dat ik er maar 5 kan geven zijn want Ivo verdient een sky full of stars! Wat een fijne makelaar is hij. Het laatste jaar is er in mijn leven nogal wat gebeurd qua aankoop en verkoop wegens scheiding. En daar zit meteen de kern, want een huis aan of verkopen (of beiden in mijn geval) is nu eenmaal een hevige gebeurtenis en niet alleen financieel. Het mentale gedeelte wordt naar mijn mening vaak onderschat door makelaars. Het gaat toch vaak net wat meer om de pegels…

Jacqueline is super toegewijd en altijd goed bereikbaar, ook in weekenden en avonden! Als je opzoek bent naar een makelaar die zichzelf ergens in vastbijt ben je bij haar aan het juiste adres ;-)

Eerste keer een huis verkopen is net zo spannend als je eerste huis kopen hebben wij gemerkt.. De Vuurtoren is all you need!! Barend & Marie-José voelde in elke situatie precies aan wat nodig was. En dat was in onze situatie zo belangrijk, namelijk oma (langzaamaan op leeftijd) 40+ jaren wonend in haar thuis. Waar ze zich nog zo thuis voelde. Met een prachtig resultaat haar huis verkocht en terecht gekomen in haar nieuwe thuis. En dat allemaal door de kwaliteiten van De Vuurtoren!

Ze werken in een tandem bij de Vuurtoren. Dat betekent dat je altijd aan 2 makelaars wordt gekoppeld. Dit biedt stabiliteit. Heb wel ervaren dat naarmate de verkoop langer duurt er snel geïnstrueerd wordt dat er water bij de wijn moet.

Wat een geweldige mensen bij Vuurtoren! Wij zijn van een andere makelaar overgestapt naar Vuurtoren aangezien we ontevreden waren met de eerste makelaar en Vuurtoren een paar keer als verkopend makelaar hebben gezien, we hadden geen betere keus kunnen maken!
