De makelaar was altijd goed bereikbaar voor vragen en keek actief en kritisch mee. Adviseerde eerlijk als woningen niet goed leken of de prijs hoog. Was vriendelijk en gaf ons alle ruimte in onze zoektocht.

Ik heb al eerder met deze makelaar gewerkt en net als de vorige twee keren, ben ik zeer tevreden. Elke vraag wordt per omgaande beantwoord, de lijntjes zijn dus heel kort, en net als de vorige twee keer (een aankoop en een verkoop) ben ik heel tevreden met het resultaat van deze verkoop.

Our experience with Nienaber Beheer is unfortunately consistently bad. Multiple times we have reported urgent problems, but there is simply no response at all. As soon as they however need money or disagree with something, they can find you directly. It feels like they are not there to support the VvE, but rather to be in the way. The communication is slow or completely absent, and little to no initiative is shown to actually solve problems. In short: a management party that does not fulfill its responsibilities and as a VvE member you have nothing to do about it. Hopefully they take this feedback seriously, because like this it really can't continue.

Het contact met de makelaar verliep vlot. Via het makelaarskantoor altijd snel bereikbaar. De makelaar was ook bereid om ons naar de te bezichtigen woning te rijden.

Terrible company! They are the first to collect money, but let tenants struggle when it doesn't suit them. Please make sure you avoid this company if you rent commercial property!

We felt supported in our search and communication flowed smoothly via texts and calls. I appreciated that these brokers listened well to all of our wishes and ideas and at the same time clearly expressed their own opinions and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. They arranged everything, took us on a tour of the neighborhoods to get to know the city, and they were present at all viewings except for one. We are very satisfied!

Called to be able to schedule a viewing. There was only 1 time slot available. And otherwise, too bad. Arrogance at its peak. Incredibly bad to be spoken to like that. Never this realtor again.

We kregen een erg vies appartement, de ramen sloten niet, er was geen internetverbinding, de elektriciteit was verouderd en er zaten gevaarlijke stopcontacten in de vloer in plaats van in het plafond. Ze hebben ons ook opgelicht door ons allerlei spullen van de vorige huurders te laten kopen. Toen we die spullen aan de volgende huurders wilden verkopen, probeerden ze ons die spullen gratis te laten achterlaten omdat ze geen nieuwe huurder hadden gevonden. Vervolgens vroegen ze de nieuwe huurders niet of ze die spullen (jaloezieën, oven, vaatwasser) wilden overnemen. Zeer onprofessioneel, ik zou ze niet aanbevelen. Ze negeren ook je e-mails als je ze iets vraagt.

Nienaber, the modern form of extortion. After 3 years of renting a property from Nienaber vastgoed beheer with one defect after another, resulting in moisture problems, leaks, mold and health complaints, we had enough. The defects were not remedied so eventually a notice was sent with the warning to reduce the rent. This was in July 2019. To this day nothing has been resolved and as said I have reduced it on an absurdly high rent because the property is almost uninhabitable. Now we receive one threat after another and they blame us for the problems. While independent research shows that we are not responsible for it. This report, however, in possession of Nienaber, is not released by them. Nienaber has bullied us away, we have terminated the lease and we can wave goodbye to the deposit. They are genuine property criminals! Never rent a property from these people! To court, Nienaber
