Very poor service and an incompetent company. After 3 years you may receive a bill from their incompetent manager that does not match the payment. This company treats you very poorly and disrespectfully if you contact them via e-mail or phone. It seems that the owner of the company does not need customers, because he already has enough customers. Customer service is not in his dictionary. I do not recommend them as a real estate agent or manager of your rental.

Literally a worthless appraisal by B. Dudok de Wit. Uninterested, walked through the house in 10 minutes. The house was incorrectly measured based on construction drawings and only after insisting did they try to adjust the report with NWWI without success. Result: the report can go in the trash and I need to find a new appraiser for the appraisal. Not even once an apology was made throughout this entire process. What an amateur and especially unprofessional person.

The appraiser already exuded disinterest upon arrival. In his report, comparisons are drawn with houses that weren't even near ours or prices from years ago are used. The appraiser found it 'sloppy'. That is his (unfounded) opinion. Maybe I find his house a pigsty too. Doesn’t detract from the value. No, not recommended but unfortunately we had no choice. This appraiser was imposed on us by an external agency.

Go to another broker nearby and not to Heyen! I am very dissatisfied with the way my appraisal was handled by Heyen, the Appraiser showed no interest was quick to finish and made several mistakes in the appraisal that could have been avoided if he had taken the trouble to actually listen. As a result, I had to spend a lot of time after the appraisal correcting his errors for mortgage granting. A waste of my time; for the amount paid, I should at least expect someone to do their work correctly and properly. Specific market knowledge seemed to be lacking. Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated by the appraiser and the result. Will never recommend Heyen to anyone.

Very poorly treated by Heyen real estate agency. They showed little interest in our input and opinion and are primarily focused on their own gain. For a realtor, an extra 10.000 for a house is nothing. They receive only 1.5% of this, or 150,-, and are therefore eager to sell quickly and not for the best price.
