Our broker has an eye for detail in a property and has demonstrated more than sound (construction) technical knowledge. He is aware of all important matters that are happening at any given moment in the region, both infrastructural and housing supply etc. The communication on all areas went smoothly and the broker is absolutely service oriented.

Recently sold our house through Leon from Kapelle real estate agents. Initially, a very friendly, helpful and willing realtor. There was a significant commission fee, but we were told that we would get a lot back according to the initial agreements. However, from the moment of signing, we no longer saw Leon and many things went wrong in the communication (we heard nothing and were not called back). All information only came after we asked for it. The promised selling price was not achieved, and the 'luxury' advertisement video was also never put online (and we had to wait more than 3 months and numerous phone calls for the agreed-upon money back). Only much later did we find out that it wasn't Leon but an inexperienced secretary who conducted the tours during the viewings. According to the later buyers, she knew little about the house, and we wonder to what extent this had an effect on the bids. Moreover, we have the feeling that not only our interests were served in the sale because Leon also sold the house of our buyers. Of course, we first discussed this with Leon, but no responsibility was taken and we were simply accused of 'not being relaxed enough'. Overall, the idea that we could achieve a higher selling price with another realtor. There are better realtors in the region with a lower commission (e.g., Koudijs).

With mutual accusations towards each other when appointments were not kept, this is not a chic company to call, in our opinion. Administration that took weeks, Funda information that was not or incorrectly listed, undisclosed vacations resulting in long waiting times, angry buyers on the line because they received no response, it's a long list of misery making this business unrecommended.

Unfortunately, we were not treated fairly, to put it mildly. Under the banner of no cure no pay, we were brought in by Leon. However, when we wanted to retrieve the house from the market due to circumstances, full brokerage was still demanded. With the ignoring of verbal agreements and reference to general terms and conditions and legal details, we were pressured to transfer thousands of euros without a purchase having taken place. Hardly chic and unscrupulous actions to be called if one doesn't get his way, so in our experience...
